April 14, 2025 | A Menlo Park Mall Adventure!

Image
On April 14, 2025. I took my Fawn Rosie to Menlo Park Mall. I’ve been wanting to take her to this mall initially because of Rainforest Cafe, and I told her before that there is a Disney Junior Play Zone. Then the Rainforest Cafe at the mall shut down, and I was very upset about it! Despite that upsetting loss, Rosie was so excited to experience the activities at the Disney Junior Play Zone, especially the Vampirina themed ones! The last time I was there was when the area first opened, so this was fun for me to revisit! Firstly we got to play Tic-Tac-Toe. I don’t remember if Rosie or I won, but it was fun!  Then Rosie got to play with the Fancy Nancy art studio. She got to make a little scene featuring hearts, butterflies and even a chair and teapot! Rosie attempted to sign her name on it, but since she has hooves, it ended up looking like a scribble! She loved her little masterpiece! After we slid down a slide and took some pictures, we went to a couple stores, including Barnes...

Rosie’s Recommendations: Peaceable Kingdom | Acorn Soup

Image
Peaceable Kingdom’s Acorn Soup is a phenomenal product for you and your Fawn since it gets you in the kitchen cooking a delicious soup of your Fawn’s choice while  socializing and being a healthy collection of ingredients and recipes that are “mostly” part of a whitetail deer’s natural diet. This post goes over the details and my honest review of this game. I do not sponsor this item, I just wanted to gush about it! (I don’t treat it as a game personally with my Fawn, I use it as food to feed her since we use play food instead of real food for saving money and keeping her clean) Contents and Price - This set comes with 1 cooking pot with a lid, (which also stores everything needed to use it) 24 wooden pieces resembling natural ingredients, a wooden spoon, 8 recipe cards, and the instructions. (We skip the Parents Guide) The ingredients here are flowers, pinecones, leaves, clovers, walnuts, blueberries, dandelions, and berries. The entire list of ingredients were fine except for t...

April 27, 2025 | Rosie’s trip to the Beach!

Image
On April 27, 2025, I took Rosie to a beach themed play area at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets! The reasons why I took her are quite simple, she can’t go to a real beach since she can’t get wet or covered in sand. This was the next best thing, and she loved it! On the way to her beach experience in the car, I put on Curious Buddies Exploring at the Beach on my iPad. (Curious Buddies is a great series of videos I recommend sharing with your Fawn!) Then when we got there, it was time to explore! Once we walked to the beach, I set down her blanket and her stuff and we were ready to have some fun! First Rosie got to take a picture on the beach ball and sandcastle, and we even got to slide down a lighthouse slide! After taking one last photo by the wreckage of a boat, we headed back to our table. At our table, Rosie got to decorate a plastic sandcastle with stickers! She was so creative!  We packed up and walked around the outlet for a while until we left home! We had a grea...
