Rosie goes to the Airport!
Today, we are moving to Florida and arriving to Tampa on a plane. While we waited for our plane to depart, we had loads of fun playing and reading! The Airport had a play area and a lending library, which passed the time very quickly!
First, we read a book at the children’s lending library!
They had a lot of books, but I ended up picking Pinduli. A story about a young hyena being bullied by animals and ended up helping each other by pretending to be a ghost. Rosie really loved the story!
After the wonderful story, we then explored the play area. It was chock full of activities, and pretend vehicles to drive. There is even a photo opportunity where you can take a photo against the background of an airport!
She especially enjoyed driving the camper van! She also got to pretend to go fishing, play with beads, and seeing forests and jungles. She really liked the turning wheel with the little cars in the town, but just for the whitetail deer plastered on the wheel!
